Eating can be a hobby eating can be passion but for more people eating is always a requirement to fulfil their portion of daily nutrition. We all need some amount of daily nutrients like fuel in vehicle all kind of food we eat act as a fuel or energy to our body.In the similar way their is always a capacity to fill the tank otherwise it will spill out the extra fuel but in human body we can’t judge our daily requirement and we eat more than it is required results in obesity, weight gain, bulky body which result in lots of health issue.

So how we all can handle this extra diet to keep oneself fit and fine, we require to follow our diet plan.

Home made food: We should try to eat more of home-made food to keep a control on the extra calories eaten up. Shift to a healthy changes: we have a habit of eating habit in small interval we can shift our pizza to fruit salad,chocolate cookies to sugar free oat cookies etc.. Choose healthy way to avoid few amount of calories by eating a large bowl of salad before every diet to keep us full.

Simplify: Divert your mind form eating instead of thinking of cooking hot burger or cheese sandwich, its better to take a walk or make a proper diet plan to keep a strict watch on eating need and habit. Add milk or juices: we can always eat early in evening and if we feel hungry we can opt for juices or low fat milk to keep our mind feel happy of anything.

Observe how you feel after eating your meal: Always have a habit of asking your self are you really hungry or you just feel like eating because of other reason as many people eat a lot if they are in depression or tensed. In such case instead of eating we can find other way to get distract.

Drink several glasses of water: Try to drink 1 small glass of water after every interval of 1 hour so your stomach is filled and the feeling of hunger will not be there.
