1) Exercise : Start your exercise regular with 5-10 minutes and slowly and gradually increase the exercise timing as per your resistance. You need to stay at the time on which you or your legs feel tired. Once you are again resistant to that time, increase your exercise timing.
But keep one thing in mind that to get the best of the results, you need to stick to your exercise routine or else you will not get the results as per your demand/need.
2) Nutrition: The food or the diet also plays a crucial role in your workout or fitness plan. First of all you need to check your current calorie intake. Design the diet plan as such that you need to not be feeling hungry or weak and your calories intake is also under control.
