Ginger Turmeric Tea

Modernization has taken away a lot of ancient taste. We have started using all artificial flavor with powder milk and forgotten the real taste. Now in this busy schedule of life went we feel tired ROR inactive we always remember our grandmother receipe. Those days not much medication was there for every illness they use to have herb made in different form to help us to recover completely.

Ginger turmeric tea is also one of the old form of tea which has many medical benefits.

Benefit of Ginger:

  • helps to keep body warm
  • Intake of ginger decreases the risk of obesity, diabetes, heart disease.
  • Phenomenological in ginger helps to relieve gastrointestinal irritation.
  • It can also be use to relieve nausea.
  • During pregnancy many women use ginger to avoid nausea/morning sickness/vomiting.
  • It held in reducing pain,cold n cough.

Benefits of Turmeric:

  • we obtain best yellow color from turmeric.
  • In most Indian curry turmeric is added to provide required amount of curcumin.
  • Curcumin is the main active ingredient in turmeric for powerful anti inflammatory and antioxidant effects.
  • Turmeric is used in milk to keep body warm and to prevent from other harmful germs.
  • It is good for joint pain, arthritis .
  • It reduces the risk of heart attack.
  • It is also used as a preventive herb to control cancer, flu etc.
  • It is also used in cough and cold medicines.

Receipe of Ginger turmeric tea:

ingredients:

turmeric powder, tea powder or green tea leaves, cinnamon powder, clove powder, ginger, honey, 2 cups of water, milk

Procedure:

heat water and add pinch of turmeric,tea,cinnamon,clove powder, crushed ginger,boil it for 10 min on low flame. After 10 min.drain it and add honey and milk.
